I am a Ph. D. student in the Dept. of Informatics, Systems and Communication of the University of Milan-Bicocca.

I obtained my Master’s degree in computer science with a thesis where I investigated the effect of denoising and imputation methods for single-cell RNA sequencing data. 

For my PhD I am currently working on the Accelerator award CRUK-AIRC founded project “Single-cell cancer evolution in the clinic”. My research is focused on single-cell omics data analysis and integration.
